CABERNET SAUVIGNON - Spicy, well structured and soft, a wine with a character

Focus on areas vines

bunch of grapes It is the greatest French noble red grape.
In 1785 Baron Secondat De Montesquieu defined it a flawless wine. It probably originates from the Bordeaux region and its synonymous names 'Vidure' or 'Bidure' seem to identify it with the vine Biturica, which was mentioned by Latin authors Columella and Pliny the Elder.
Grapes from this vine are deep purple, high in tannins and have a characteristic bouquet that is a mix of violets and green peppers.
As a very structured wine, it ages very well in wood casks.
Indeed, it is quite difficult to find flaws with Cabernet Sauvignon. In addition to producing excellent wine, this grapevine is stable and adapts well to most environments
where grapes are grown which is most likely the reason why it has spread to almost all the wine growing countries of the world.
On an international level, it has become the benchmark for all great red wines.
In the Rimini area it has proven to produce excellent wines having the typical characteristics of the variety.
This grape is what makes up the Colli di Rimini Cabernet Sauvignon and it is part of the blend in Colli di Rimini Rosso.
